In our hut for up to 7 people, you will find a cozy living room with dining area, pull-out sofa, and terrace on the ground floor. The kitchen invites you to cook and enjoy yourself, and for your wellness pleasure, you can use the sauna and electric HOT TUB, which is available in each HutPlus. Of course, 2 TVs and free WLAN are available in your hut. On the upper floor, you can sleep in 2 comfy rooms - a double room and 3-bed room.
- ELECTRIC HOT TUB: after a long day of hiking in summer or an exciting day of skiing in winter, the HOT TUB on the terrace of both HutPlus huts provides cozy relaxation in the wooden tub.
- SKI BOOT WARMERS guarantee warm and dry feet while you're out and about in the impressive nature of the Präbichl.
- NESPRESSO coffee machines help you start your day with a bit more glamour.

The price per person and day is based on a stay of 7 people in a hut.

Additional costs
Final cleaning: upon departure, a one-time cleaning fee of € 102,00 / € 115,00 is charged for HutPLUS (from winter 2025/26 € 106,00 / € 119,00 HutPLUS).
Electricity: the electricity costs here are not included in the price but are charged upon your departure according to usage, € 0.35/kWh – valid until 31st of December 2025, then the rate will be newly calculated and listed based on the current market situation.
Local tax: € 2,50 per person per night (for those 15 and older).
Pets: € 8,00 per day, excluding food.
Bed linens: € 8,00 per person (from winter 2025/26 € 9,00 per person).
Towels: € 5,00 per person (from winter 2025/26 € 6,00 per person).
Deposit: € 300,00
Inclusive: fully equipped kitchen, wood (for the fireplace), waste disposal and free WLAN.
