This food trailer offers selected suppliers from the region. Enjoy barbecue specialties with quirky burgers, wild sausages and Styrian flatbreads.

The Präbichlerhof restaurant will spoil you with delicious, freshly prepared dishes - from breakfast to dinner. Lactose and gluten-free dishes (on request) and vegetarian meals are also available.

What could be nicer than stopping off at a hut and enjoying a hearty meal after a strenuous climb to the summit? The Reichensteinhütte is located at 2.128 m above sea level in the immediate vicinity of the summit of the Eisenerzer Reichenstein with a wonderful view of the Erzberg, the Dachstein, the Gesäuse and all the way to the Semmering.

Opening hours: 16th May 2024 until 30th September 2025

Due to the upcoming replacement construction, the hut will be closed from 1st Ocotber 2025 until probably 2027.

The Leobnerhütte (1582m) offers a cozy stopover, serving hearty traditional Austrian dishes. 

Opening hours: 1st of May until 1st of November 2025 (Thursday until Sunday, holidays) and daily from 3rd of July until 7th of September 2025. 

There is a daily changing selection of dishes that are freshly prepared with lots of love. Please book groups in advance.

The Knappensteig Alm is a rustic alpine pasture, beautifully nestled in a magnificent mountain panorama, where you can unwind with simple but delicious cuisine.
The hiking trail leads from the Polster Einser lift valley station (or via the forest path) towards Polster. The walk takes approx. 40 minutes. Access by bike or e-bike is also permitted.  

Opening hours: from May 2025

The rustic restaurant by the Weidtal lift seats 60 guests. The kitchen serves home-style cooking and delicious regional specialties.

The Polsterei (Polsterschutzhütte, approx. 1.800m) will reopen on May 1, 2025. Guests can look forward to a cozy parlor, comfortable mattress dormitories and down-to-earth, regional cuisine. From warming soups to hearty main courses and homemade desserts, which can be enjoyed in a cozy hut atmosphere.
